Premium cuts of beef are ground and slowly simmered in our blend of tomatoes, onions, celery, beans and spices.

Chicken with Dumplings (Daily)
Our freshly made chicken stock is the foundation of this hearty soup; carrots, celery and onions are sauteed and added with chunks of chicken and finished with our homemade dumplings.

Potato Leek with Bacon (Tuesday)
Tender cubes of potato and delicate slivers of leeks are simmered together to create this creamy soup that is made even better with bacon!

Roasted Tomato and Corn (Wednesday)
Freshly roasted Roma tomatoes and fire roasted corn on the cob are the key to this winter favorite!

French Onion (Thursday)
Sweet onions are slowly cooked until caramelized and then simmered in our savory beef stock to create this classic soup; finished with shredded cheese and a garlic crostini.

Crab and Corn Chowder (Friday)
Fire roasted corn is mixed with crabmeat in this creamy soup. Accented with a bit of cayenne for a little zip.
