Sashah Ruge - Executive Chef Chef Sashah Ruge began his catering career over 20 years ago, working with several classically trained chefs from fine culinary institutions. For over a decade, Sashah worked for an upscale catering company, eventually filling the roles as Head Chef, and Event and Design Planner. This well-rounded education in the culinary arts has developed the Chef’s eclectic cuisine style. Unique flavors from around the world are combined with a fresh perspective in style and technique.

Sashah opened his own catering company The Chef’s Palette in 2007. He brought his creative style and experience to the team at JH Sweis Catering to offer a complete, full service catering experience for clients.
