catererJanice Sweis, owner and chef of JH Sweis Catering and Bistro, has been working in the food industry for over 10 years. JH Sweis Catering opened their doors in 2009 with the desire to combine delicious food with exceptional service. A great part of their success is the dedication Janice has communicating with the customers. "We want to make sure we can meet our customer's needs," she says. For Janice, the personal touch with her catering clients and Bistro guests are the key to her continuing success. Her passion for food and for hospitality and customer service is unsurpassed.

Our new Executive Chef Sashah Ruge, brings over 20 years of experience in the catering industry. Sashah has extensive experience as a Head Chef, as well as an Event Planner and Designer.

During the scope of his continuing education, Sashah worked hand in hand with over a dozen classically trained chefs from many fine culinary institutions. This well-rounded education in the culinary arts has developed the Chef’s eclectic style of cuisine. Unique flavors from around the world are combined with a fresh perspective in style and technique.

JH Sweis Catering continues as an one-of-a-kind, full service special events venue for celebrations of all kinds. Sweis creates personalized menus and offers professional service for memorable family celebrations, special occasions, weddings, and corporate events. Our event specialists can assist you with menu, linens, tents, table and chairs, set up, and all your event needs. JH Sweis Style Catering can be brought to your location or you can "Host it Here" as they cook for you and your guests in our unique party space. Sweis takes the work out of entertaining and makes you feel like a guest at your own event.
